At Scribo, we comply with the Data Protection Principles outlined in the
Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong (PDPO).
Collection and processing of all personal data by Scribo are performed
under consent of its users and their clients by our commitments stated
on our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the PDPO.
We process these data in a secure manner and should only keep them
for as long as necessary for enhancing our businesses and services
supporting our users.We understand it is painful to enter data when migrating to a new
system! That’s why Scribo currently provides the function for you to
import basic profiles of your clients or patients. Contact our team
for more information about this feature.We take care of your data seriously. Separate certificates are in place for
all access to the frontend, backend and data repositories of Scribo, from
which we also deploy client-side field level encryption on all our
databases.
The software application of Scribo and its operating databases are
hosted on and made available through the Amazon Web Services (AWS)
and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Specifications of AWS's security
could be viewed here, and specifications of GCP's security could be
viewed here.Absolutely! You can notify us to stop using Scribo and request data
retrieval. We will then export your data as a .csv file and send it to
you as early as possible.
Meanwhile, we keep your account and data in a paused state for 90
days from the date we acknowledge your request to cancel your
subscription with or stop using Scribo before fully deleting it. This
also allows us ample time to retrieve your data.You may subscribe to Scribo monthly or annually. Pricing for customised
solutions varies depending on the specific features and requirements.No, Scribo has absolutely no hidden fees. Beyond customized
solution pricing (which will be quoted separately), all costs
associated with Scribo and any additional features within the
application are clearly displayed on the user interface.
